As a part of the team tasked with redesigning the luxury traveler experience for St. Regis, I was determined to create a truly exceptional and unforgettable experience. Building on the brand's rich heritage and cutting-edge innovation, I set out to define a new look and feel that would capture the essence of St. Regis and inspire guests to embark on exciting journeys around the world.

To achieve this, I approached the project as if it were a living, breathing work of art. Every detail, from the templates and formats to the use of color and photography, was carefully crafted to complement the brand's story and showcase its unparalleled elegance and sophistication. The result was a stunning visual experience that truly embodied the St. Regis brand and left a lasting impression on its guests.

Currently

The St. Regis Hotels website, responsible for overseeing the organization and booking paths worldwide, was facing user experience gaps that were not meeting the brand's expectations. Despite well-executed story-telling of the brand's history, confusion was prevalent in the booking experience. Users found it difficult to navigate through the website on both desktop and mobile devices. As a result, the brand incurred high costs.

The Result

Transforming the outdated St. Regis experience was no easy feat, but as the art director and UX designer, I was up for the challenge. My team and I set out to create a seamless design that would not only tell the story of the Aster family and the brand's growth but also provide a user-friendly booking journey. Collaborating closely with the project manager, information architect, copywriter, lead developer, and the St. Regis brand team, we executed a stunning design that surpassed all expectations.

In just six months, our revamped website and booking system resulted in an impressive increase in revenue of over $1 million. Our modernization and elevation of the St. Regis experience set a new standard for luxury hotels, solidifying its position as a leading brand in the industry.
